About Electra
Electra Ford founded the Virtual Office Center in 2005. Since then Electra has identified her niche as an Internet Marketing, social media marketing and author marketing certified virtual assistant. She is certified in several online marketing programs attaining specific knowledge to maximize client’s online presence to connect them with their desired markets to engage, network and sales.
Electra’s Entrepreneurial timeline:
2005 – 2006
Electra attends the local SBA, (Arkansas Small Business Technology and Development Center) training program; creates a business plan and works with ASBTDC Web Consultant and a local web designer to get website live.
2007
- Joined the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA)
- Applied to IVAA’s mentoring program and started customizing my business
- Jeannine and I met the following year at an IVAA Summit
2008
- Started working with my target market via the Internet
- Became a Certifieid Practice Pay Solutions LMS Consultant
- Became a member of the Minority Virtual Assistants Organization

- Met some wonderful people at the IVAA Summit including my accountability partners
- Started volunteering at IVAA
2010
- Became a Certified Professional Virtual Authors Assistant

- Became a Virtual Event Specialist
2011
- Product Launch Certified
